Oli Flexman
Partner & Chartered Architect
Oli works across all RIBA stages, leading projects in healthcare, education, sport and residential sectors from concept through to completion.
His approach combines design leadership with rigorous delivery, coordinating consultant teams, complex programmes and construction contracts to maintain quality, cost and programme certainty.
He is a former Arts Council Fellow, has represented The British Council and delivered numerous regeneration and placemaking projects, focused on identity, culture and community. He coaches rugby and loves surfing.
Phil Abraham
Partner & Chartered Architect
Phil qualified as a Chartered Architect in 1999 and has successfully delivered multi-million-pound projects for public and private sector clients. He joined the practice as a Partner in 2019.
He places particular emphasis on positive working relationships, careful project delivery and attention to detail, with partner-level involvement maintained regardless of project scale.
For Phil, successful architecture grows from understanding the client, developing a shared vision and working collaboratively to create buildings and spaces that give enjoyment and improve everyday life.
